How Smart Leaders Create Engaged Employees is designed for Learning Leaders, HR Professionals, Managers and other Senior Team Leaders that are interested in developing a productive engaged workforce that is capable of positively impacting the bottom line. Despite popular belief, compensation and benefits did not prove to be among the top three drivers of employee engagement in a recent ground breaking survey. In fact, emotional drivers tied directly to leadership tendencies emerged as top key indicators.
Participants Will
•Learn the three clusters of behaviors that significantly impact engagement, based on current ground breaking research
•Learn how each cluster is broken down to illustrate the individual actions that may be taken to develop enthusiastic, empowered, confident and inspired employees.
•Learn attributes that drive the type of employees who care, who want to be part of a success story and who will drive your organization to the top.
•Learn the definitions and signs of engaged versus disengaged employees and the costs and benefits associated with both.
ASTD Competency Model: This session complements the Performance Improvement competency.
