Building Bench Strength
How prepared are leaders to take the field?

About This Event

Our interactive and engaging event brings together thought leaders with different areas of leadership development expertise to highlight key aspects, best practices, trends and challenges for Talent professionals across the spectrum of our profession. Our conversations will particularly connect the areas of Talent Development and HR/Talent Management toward preparing leaders to navigate the complexity and challenges of a leadership role in organizations today and into the future.

How ready is your leadership development and talent management strategy to identify high potentials in the young professional workforce? How adept and adaptive are your plans to develop a multi-generational workforce strategy to begin the transition process for succession planning? What considerations have you made around gender equality and women in leadership opportunities?

Join us to create an active dialogue around sharing ideas to address priorities like cultivating critical capabilities like agility, managing the tidal wave of disruption in organizations, innovation, change management, cultural intelligence, emotional & social intelligence, unconscious bias remediation, gender equality, etc. How effectively have you aligned your leadership development strategy with your business strategy?

We are delighted that we have a deeply experienced moderator and exceptional panel to share their perspectives with you. We anticipate a very lively discussion! Attendees are encouraged to bring their leadership challenges, questions and ideas to share!
