Claudia Sandonato is an experienced career and job transition coach as well as a seasoned workshop facilitator. Currently, she is working as an Acclimation and Career Counselor for REA – Partners in Transition, assisting spouses and partners of employees who are relocated to NJ by their employers. She also is part of a KPMG quality assurance project team for the new NJ WIC On the Web program. In addition, she facilitates core skills workshops to corporate clients for Community College of Morris.
Claudia has helped numerous clients land good jobs through both counseling and facilitating job transition workshops at Jewish Vocational Services, Lee Hecht Harrison, and Right Management. She also served as a counselor and supervisor at Employment & Training Services of Morris/Sussex/Morris Counties, helping unemployed clients apply for training grants. She knows what employers are seeking, as she has been both an HR Director and HR Manager, at a non-profit in NYC, and at LG, respectively.
Prior to becoming a career counselor and training professional, Claudia had many years of experience as a psychotherapist and employee assistance counselor. She has an MSW degree and earned designations as a Senior Professional HR (SPHR) and a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT).
