W. Mark Allen  

Senior Executive

W. Mark Allen is a Senior Executive in the Florham Park, NJ office of Accenture. Mark joined Accenture in 1992 is currently responsible for Accenture’s North American BPO clients within Financial Services and Health.

Selected Relevant Experience:

2010 – Current:  Mark is Accenture’s Lead for BPO in Financial Services (2010) and Health (2011):  In this role, Mark works directly with Accenture’s clients to implement solutions and maximize the business value.  Mark is responsible for:

·     The successful delivery of services and achievement of our clients business case

·     The introduction of new and innovative ideas to help drive value for our clients

·     The overall BPO relationship with clients including participation on key Joint Review Boards and Steering Committee’s

·     The day-to-day management of Accenture’s Account Management Teams.

2006 – 2009:  Portfolio Lead, NA Learning Services:  Mark led the North America Account Delivery Management function for Accenture BPO Learning Services as well as Accenture’s Global Business Interlock function. 

2001 – 2006:  Mark implemented the Accenture Business Interlock process at Avaya University beginning in 2001.  In March, 2003, Mark assumed overall leadership of the Avaya University account including the management of a 230 person outsourced organization in 90 locations worldwide. 

1992 – 2001:  Mark spent nine years in Accenture’s Consulting practice supporting large process design and ERP programs.  In these roles Mark supported the end-to-end lifecycle of large scale systems implementations.
